Ingrid Rainey

Managing Partner

Ms. Rainey is an experienced business and employment litigation attorney who practices in California, Washington D.C., New York, and internationally.  She represents clients in high-stakes business and complex litigation involving contracts, unfair competition, trade secrets, harassment, discrimination, corporate governance, partnerships & other fiduciary relationships. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Rainey provides general counseling services in a practical manner tailored to each client according to their unique business, culture, and circumstances. Ms. Rainey’s clients appreciate her sophisticated business acumen and insightful, real-world legal counseling, honed while serving as a legal advisor, strategist, and business executive for various business clients.  

Ms. Rainey ran for Escondido City Council and was appointed by the Mayor and City Council to the Planning Commission and served as Vice Chair.  She also serves on several boards and speaks Spanish, Farsi, French, & English. Ms. Rainey is licensed in Washington D.C. and California.

Mr. Dixon practices employment, business, and corporate law for a wide range of industries. He litigates in state, federal, and appellate courts. Mr. Dixon is admitted to practice law in Maryland (1995), Oregon (2000), and California (2005). He is an alumnus of Duke University and American University, Washington College of Law.

Ms. Fas advises clients in all aspects of the employment relationship, including avoidance of litigation, employee handbooks, benefits, employment contracts, and separation agreements, wage and hour compliance, internal investigations, layoffs, reduction in force, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. She specializes in leading and improving human resource operational efficiency strategies, employee relations strategies, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. Ms. Fas implements human resource policies, forms, and processes; full-cycle recruiting; benefits; employee relations; performance management; investigations; legal compliance; succession planning; and compensation management.
